About

Hello, my name is Christina!

I have been working with animals since I was a little girl and I love it more and more each day!

My Mom groomed pets for 40 years so I was basically born into the business. My summer breaks consisted of going to work with her and learning all the techniques for not only the grooming process but the bathing process as well. I practiced shaving our family dog, a Chow Terrier mix. I actually became a bather at the age of 12 at a grooming salon where my Mom worked. I worked there for a couple of years even after my Mom went on to work at another location. When I was in high school, my Mom started up a mobile grooming unit called Bowser Bubbles on Wheels. I worked with her for a while until I moved to Ohio.

After I graduated, I went to work at a veterinary office in Denver, after working there for a year with a highly skilled groomer, I moved to Ohio and worked at two different grooming salons. I then moved back to Colorado to help my Mom with her now brick and mortar business here at Bowser Bubbles. I worked here for three years alongside my Mom and I then purchased the salon in February 2010. After 17 years of being in the same location, it was time to relocate into a bigger, nicer facility to truly represent the love and care I want to give to every animal possible. The new Bowser Bubbles Pet Salon is truly a spa like environment, fit to pamper your furry loved ones.

Grooming pets is not only my career, it is my passion. I take it very seriously and it is very important to me! I love taking good care of my dedicated client’s pets and am so grateful that in the process of building this wonderful business, I found great employees who care about pets as much as I do!

Hello, my name is Kelly!

With 17 years of experience as a dog groomer and growing up around animals, my connection to pets is a life long passion. I’ve grown to love my profession because it allows me to apply my extensive knowledge and expertise to enhance the lives of the dogs I work with. I find immense satisfaction in my work because it’s all about improving the lives of the dogs I care for. Grooming isn’t just a cosmetic touch-up, it’s a vital part of their overall health and happiness.

Each day I get to make a tangible difference in a dog’s well-being. I can prevent painful matting, soothe skin irritations, and ensure their comfort. Grooming is also an opportunity to educate pet owners about their dog’s specific needs.I can provide valuable advice on maintaining their pet’s coat, skin, and overall health between grooming sessions.

In essence, dog grooming is about making dogs feel their best and helping their owners be better caretakers, It’s a rewarding profession that allows me to contribute to the happiness and health of these Wonderfull animals.

Hello, I’m Tory!

I was born and raised in Colorado and started grooming dogs right after high school! I also went to the Pima Medical Institute and completed my studies to become a vet assistant but decided that I wanted to groom dogs instead. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do after school but I knew that I wanted to work with animals so I applied at PetSmart and started there.

I have been grooming for over 8 years now and absolutely love my job! I grew up with dogs and cats and couldn’t imagine life without either of them. Animals are my passion and I love making them pretty, I couldn’t imagine doing anything else!

Hi, I’m Seth!

I was born and raised in Colorado and have lived in Sedalia for 17 years. Dogs have always been a big part of my life! I grew up learning how to love and treat dogs with the utmost respect. I watched my mom and sister make sure all of the dogs that came in to Bowser Bubbles were well taken care of by how they groom, bathe, and pamper them. I chose to work in the dog grooming business because I have learned how to understand a dog’s health as well as any other issues they might be experiencing to give them the full spa experience.

Hello, I’m Nancy!

I have been a dog groomer for 45 years now. The last 10 have been off and on. I started out as a bather after I graduated. I would bathe the dogs, then sit and watch the groomers. I was fascinated and wanted to learn to groom. It was beautiful to watch dogs transform from scruffy to beautiful. I’ve always loved dogs and have always had animals growing up. I worked for several groomers then decided I would like to own my own business. I purchased a mobile home and converted it to a grooming salon. I ran it for 3 years and was having a hard time keeping it from freezing up in the winter. So I decided to get a building set up and Sedalia was the perfect spot. Bowser Bubbles on Wheels became Bowser Bubbles Pet Grooming. I sold it to my daughter, Christina, in 2010 and have done grooming on and off since then. I groomed for a few months in Eagle Colorado. I still am fascinated with transforming the dogs and love to watch others do it as well.
